QuestionHow do you adjust the arm? Out of the box, it has almost a U-shape. I cannot seem to adjust the U to more of an L as in the picture on the box.

- Answer The arm is flexible . You can just bend it to whatever shape you prefer. You may have to bend it a little bit past the point you want it to be at and then it will retain the shape. It's pretty heavy duty so you will have to bend it pretty hard.

QuestionDoes the suction stickiness ruin the windshield at all? Or is it easy to remove? Can it be put on, and taken off several times? Or just once?

- Answer I've had this for a week trip and so far it has been working just fine. I like that it stays and is sturdy. Haven't had the need to remove it somewhere else, but when I adjusted the placement, it was very easy. Has a little lever to easily remove.

QuestionWill the vibration from rough roads cause the Tekgrip car phone holder to fall off the car window or slide?

- Answer When I first mounted this bracket to the windshield there was considerable bounce from road vibration - though the suction cup held fast to the windshield. With a small adjustment though, I was able to eliminate most of the bouncing by mounting it in such a way that the gooseneck gently rests on the top of the dash. Now it works great!

- Answer In most cases, yes. I use a Samsung Galaxy S8+ in a Otterbox Defender case and there's enough room for even wider phones between the arms. Won't likely work for tablets, though.

- Answer Chris, I think this will work for that phone. The length is unimportant, as it is open at top and bottom. The width is greatly adjustable. There is a green button on the right that you push, and it causes the device to open up completely. You place the phone in the device, and press the sides together until it is firmly secured.

- Answer No. A suction cup needs a very smooth flat surface. The texture of a dashboard would prevent the suction cup from forming a seal.

- Answer It’s a suction cup that is very strong. You can change it to wherever as many times and it still holds. Just don’t moisten the suction cup before placing it on. It won’t hold until it dries.
