A:Answer This is a centrifugal juicer, it is faster than omega and you don’t have to cut everything small with this one but the nutrients go away faster with the breville since it uses really high speed. The omega is slower but it’s healthier. I have both, the juice I get from my breville I drink right away or same day, the juice I get from my omega I can store it in glass mason jars for up to 72 hours without the nutrients going away.
