Q: QuestionCan set the Breville BOV860 to its lowest temperature for dehydration of fruits?

• A:Answer The BOV860 does not have a dehydration function. The lowest temperature available on the BOV860 is 120 degrees F, and you can run that temperature for up to two hours.
