• Yes. Mild soap & warm water clean it weekly so you don't have any build up of anything that has splattered.

• Very. The very bottom of it actually pulls out so you can wipe it down or wash it makes it so much easier awesome feature

• This oven does NOT have a Teflon-type coating and is NOT self cleaning. That said, if you do not let spills set, the oven can be cleaned with a little soap and water.

• Yes, it is very easy to clean. The bottom pan slides out and you can easily wash it. The rack comes out easily and all the inserts are non-stick so they are a breeze to clean. I don't find that the glass gets as dirty on this, possibly because of the handle.

• Regular cleaning as the appliance is used will always ensure the best condition, especially with staniless steel and considering how tough baked on stains can become.
