Yes. Mild soap & warm water clean it weekly so you don't have any build up of anything that has splattered.

This oven does NOT have a Teflon-type coating and is NOT self cleaning. That said, if you do not let spills set, the oven can be cleaned with a little soap and water.

Yes, it is very easy to clean. The bottom pan slides out and you can easily wash it. The rack comes out easily and all the inserts are non-stick so they are a breeze to clean. I don't find that the glass gets as dirty on this, possibly because of the handle.
