Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It takes as long as the pizza directions state on the package when using the directions for temperature. Slightly less if you use convection. I wouldn't use the Breville in a 'commercial' setting... too high quality and costly. There are pizza ovens that are specifically made for concession stand pizza baking. You should have 2-3 going. Lower cost too.
