A:Answer To enable or disable the microwave door locking function, first make sure the clock has been set. Then, press and hold the following buttons in the following sequential order:
1. Door lock button
2. Clock setting button
3. Mute button
So, you'll need to use three fingers. First finger, you'll press and hold the Door Lock button. While still holding that button, you'll press the Clock Set button with your second finger. While still holding those buttons, you press and hold the Mute button with your third finger.
Once this feature is enabled or disabled, there will be 3 consecutive audible beeps.
This should disable the door lock.
