“My oven is new. It makes a clicking sound every 5 to 10 seconds while on the Pizza program. It was recommended to run this for 15 minutes before first use and during this time I found this annoying and was wondering if something is wrong.”

That's normal - you're hearing the heating elements turn on and off to keep the oven at the desired temperature.
