• I’ve emailed, no reply, called twice. 1st time there was a wait for 1 & 1/2 hrs , left my phone number to call me then someone called at 5:30AM went to voicemail. 2nd call yesterday afternoon 11/21/2022, 40 minutes left phone number to call, called next morning at 5:40AM! Seriously? I’ve seen different dimensions for this model, both from Breville. Would be nice if the Customer Support Rep would call after the allotted time above vs 5:30AM AND 5:40AM!
