“What is the best way to bake a white or sweet potato in this oven: wrapped in foil, and for how long? Thanks”

• I don't ever use foil for baking a russet potatoes. I rub with peanut oil and poke a few holes through the skin with a fork. Baking time is 50-75 minutes depending on the size. I've baked Yukon Gold potatoes the same way. I haven't baked white potatoes.

• We do not recommend the use of aluminum foil in the Breville® BOV450 Smart Oven® Mini. The time would entire be dependent upon the size of the potato being baked.
