A:Answer Within reason. If whatever you're baking fits in the cavity without touching the top or sides, then yes, you can use the oven as you would a regular oven. Keep in mind that the smaller size of this oven means that it heats up quickly and you'll need to set the temp LOWER than the regular oven. I set it to 25 degs lower than the recipe specifies.
