Just step through the "menu button" and you will come upon the time flashing, once you get to any of the features that you want to change, just push the set button, and then the + or - button to set, and then push menu when done.

Press the program (Prog) button, the light on the right top corner of the digital display should start blinking. Press the Hour (HR) and Minute (Min) buttons to set the desired time for it to start brewing. Press the program (Prog) button again the time is now set. Press the Auto button to active the delayed brewing the light at the top right of the digital display will come and stay on.
