If you brew 1-2 cups, does the coffee taste as good? null

The machine starts at 4 cups which is 20oz. When I brew this amount the resulting brew is a little under extracted due to brew time being shorter. In these cases, I will make the grind finer to extract a little more. You will have to play with your grind for your own tastes. Per manufacturer, “optimal” settings on the machine is 7 cups(35oz) with a medium grind.

Yes. Even brew one cup, it taste good!

Yes, it's delicious. You have to put water in each time, but worth it if you only make one or two cups a day.

My wife and I only make one or two cups at a time and the coffee is excellent!
