“Just received this Brookstone PhotoShare frame as a gift and cannot get the app to recognize the frame id. I have tried multiple times! What should I do?”

I had this same issue with my PhotoShare frame. I noticed in the IPhone App Store, there are two versions of the PhotoShare Frame app. I had to use the “V2” one. The other one would not recognize my frame ID.

yep. i also found the 'v2' app (android) and was able to enter a valid frameid. sloppy rollout of this product!
