• I can transport files to a usb and then to other software. I have never used it for the particular software you’re asking about.

• I usually scan from it to a usb and I’m able to copy files from that usb to any point on my computer. Not sure about those particular ones,

• The Brother ADS1700W will allow you to export to QuickBooks.
