“I bought this last weekend and so far, I love it. However, it is advertised as including Nuance Power PDF software. In order to activate the software, I need a serial number, and the serial number for the machine doesn't work. Advice? Thanks”

During installation of the Brother software, you will need to have the scanner identified and communicating with your computer. The installer will see the device connected and will allow you to install a version of the Nuance software which is activated during installation and while the scanner is connected to the computer (either wireless or wired).
