QuestionI'm a graphic designer and like the idea of this printer because it can print 11x17 and double sided prints. I don't need to print out "photo" quality prints, I just need decent layout proofs. Is anyone else using it for this type of non-photo printing?

- Answer I've used Brother printers for 19 years. I've printed all sizes but not 11 x 17. However, I'm positive it will do a good job. I'm a big fan of this product.

QuestionI am wondering if anyone has measured the depth of this printer. I can see the specs on height and width, but not depth. Many reviews are saying it's BIG...so I just wonder if anyone can help me with this question? Thanks!

- Answer 17 inches deep at the base. But, the envelope feeder in the back opens out another 3 inches or so.
