QuestionI want to connect to my iMac via USB. My new iMac only has USB-C ports. Can I use a USB-B (printer) to USB-C (iMac) cable? Everything I've read says to use a USB-A/B cable, but to NOT use a hub.

- Answer The Brother HLL2480DW uses a USB type A/B port. We can't guarantee connectivity with a USB hub, however the machine can also connect to your Mac over the network.

- Answer Funny this goes unanswered. I saw the same warning on another review that the printer would not come on without a subscription. Can someone respond if there needs to be a mandatory subscription for use of this printer please. I'm near purchasing it myself but this might be a turn off.
