“I just now purchased this printer moments ago. I need it for my business to print labels on bottles. I have high quality gloss labels and the printing is faded and flat. Not glossy at all. Is that the way it’s supposed to look? I can’t use this”

I am not impressed with this printer. I have many prints from an older brother and they were great! This one is not even close to the older one in resolution.
