The Brother MFC-J4355DW comes with, Starter Black Ink Cartridge (1,800 pages)‡, Starter Cyan, Magenta, Yellow Ink Cartridges (750 pages)‡, AC Power Cord, Product Safety Guide, Reference Guide, Warranty Card, Quick Setup Guide.

Yes it comes with ink! But you do have to purchase paper as it didn't come with paper.

It comes with ink but not printer paper.

This comes with ink but no paper. The printer I purchased didn't work at all. No screen display. No working buttons. Even the power off switch didn't work. However, there was no problem with the return at Best Buy.
