QuestionCan you print envelopes?

- Answer Yes, yes you can. Just open the fold down door in front, adjust the he guides to your envelope size, and away you go. Feed 1 envelope at a time though. Also may take a couple of tries (as it did me) until I understood the orientation of the envelope on the tray.

- Answer Yes, In the tray and hand feed. Just put the settings in and your paper in the tray and you are good to go.

QuestionI have things i need to print that require 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14 paper. Can you have 2 different paper trays with this Printer?

- Answer It has an adjustable tray, which would accommodate both sizes, but only one tray.

- Answer Yes it can I use it with my Samsung devices I had a note 4 and the new Galaxy S8 Plus I can print from either of the Samsung cloud or the Google Cloud which is the one I prefer most of the time when I am out of the office

- Answer No, it does not come with a USB printer cord. It will connect to a wireless router and all your wireless devices without a cord or use can use a standard USB printer cord.

QuestionCan you use transfer paper with this model?

- Answer I use it to print my iron on transfer paper which is for use in LaserJet printers for light color shirts. It actually prints very well without any toner straying from the design area. I don't know how well it will work with low heat transfer material but I do know it works very well with the high heat transfer material I use

QuestionWhen will we be able to have the pilot for windows 10?I've upgraded to windows 10 but I've lost many options that I had with my windows 7. I've looked in my installed programs list and there is no Brothers printers installed. On pilot upgraded there is nothing for windows 10.

- Answer I had a similar issue. Just make sure you uninstall the program, then go to the Brother download site and download the last driver/ control center package. It doesn't say "Windows 10" but everything starts working properly again and your desktop control center comes back.
