Will this printer connect to 5g null

The standard specification for Dual Band routers allow devices connected to different bands (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) to communicate. Your computer can be connected to the 5 GHz band network and be able to print or scan (depending on your machine's specifications), to the Brother MFCJ1010DW connected to the 2.4 GHz band. Your Brother machine will only connect to the 2.4 GHz wireless band. The Brother machine will not "see" or connect to the 5 GHz band of your router. Below is a link with more information on 5G.
