Q: QuestionDoes this printer do automatic duplex/double-sided printing? One answer said it does double-sided printing, one answer says it doesn't do duplex printing? What is the difference between the two? Does is automatically print on the other side?

• A:Answer Yes it does do double-sided printing. You can also have it do black and white only. And there is a setting between single-sided and double sided for each document that you print.

• A:Answer Had some trouble getting the printer to print but called customer service and within no time they had answered the phone and walked me through the problem of the printer not printing. A week later something went wrong and I went offline with the printer and again I called customer service and they helped me immediately.

• A:Answer I think it is pretty evident that the color cartridge doesn't have to be full. I don't know if it will print B&W if the color cartridges are empty, haven't had it long enough for that to happen.
