- Answer According to the User Manual, many sizes of paper are acceptable, including legal. The paper tray is adjustable for legal paper, and the auto feed will accept legal size originals for copy or scanning.

- Answer It says that it will, and even has a command icon on the touchscreen for that, so I'm sure you can set that up. I find it easier to save as a file and then attach it.
