• Yes, I upgraded my computer from 8.1 to 10, and haven't had a problem w/ the printer at all.

• Yes. I have it working on a Toshiba laptop that has been upgraded to Windows 8.1 from 8, and then to Windows 10 from 8.1. Works fine. The upgrade to Windows 10 required the de-installation of the extra software, but as I only really need the driver, no big deal. My guess is, chances are, that Brother has a Windows 10 version of the software available on their website.
