Questionwhat does it mean that the water is kept hot all the time? It doesnt warm when you just brew, but it is boiling hot all the time. I am concerned that it could start a fire if it malfuntions.

- Answer I have been using Bunn for years. Bunn’s are used in Restaurants, Hospitals and many other places. Bunn’s are very good quality products and I would be surprised if you ever had such a malfunction that you say you are concerned with. If you buy one I do believe you would be very happy with it.

QuestionWhere is this made? I bought one of these in 2004 and it was still working like new in 2015 until it was damaged by movers, I ws going to replace with the same model but at the time the reviews were poor and mentioned that manufacturing moved to China.
