I purchased a graphics card and am going through the same issue, never received the e-mail. I just chatted with a service agent via the bestbuy website in the help section, and she supposedly re-emailed me the necessary e-mail and said it will arrive in my inbox soon. try chatting with them and see if they can help you, otherwise i believe there is another question posted on here (the only other one besides your post I think) where someone explains how you can claim it directly through Nvidida and/or Ubisoft... good luck, I will try to post back here if I make progress.
