• if you have total tech , they will deliver it and install it for free.

• The treadmill can be delivered to your home. Actually there's a few options: you can have the treadmill dropped off at your home for free and you put it together or you can pay extra and they'll drop off the treadmill & assemble it at your home.

• Yes, I did have a friend install it and he actually has a business in treadmill. It’s hard to put together you need a professional
