No, the bulbs don't have any speakers on them. I don't think you can use Samsung smart things to control it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most smart bulbs, including this one, do not have a speaker. The bluetooth is probably just for controlling it from your phone with the C by GE app. The GE bulbs do not appear to be compatible with Samsung Smart Things app, but just download the C by GE app. Also, it appears the bulbs work easiest with any Google Home device, but may require an additional GE "bridge" device to work with Alexa and Apple.
