Question1) Does it need a cabinet above it? 2) My wall cabinets are 15" deep. Is it possible to bump the microwave out so it fits? How far out would it need to go? 3) I have exactly 30" space, with a cabinet to the left and a wall to the right. Will it fit? TIA!

QuestionWhere is the convection fan located? Also, if a heating element goes can it be replaced, or is it part of a larger unit making it too expensive to repair?

- Answer Hello- Thanks so much for checking with us. Yes, metal and foil can be used safely and effectively with the convection cooking feature in a microwave. You can cover a casserole pan when you are using convection. Note: Foil can't be used when using only the microwave setting. If you have any questions, in the future, please let us know. QuestionCan I convect a whole chicken in this unit? Or must I only cook it in pieces given the low clearance of the convection rack?

- Answer Hey there, This is a good question to ask. It is possible to cook a whole chicken in this microwave as long as the chicken fits. QuestionCan this microwave go over a gas range? I have been told that its not up to code by a contractor to have a microwave over a gas stove. My current microwave is over our range and the heat has melted the coating on the door handle.

- Answer Hi there, While the air frying mode does not use microwave energy, we wouldn't recommend using foil as a way to capture any drippings. QuestionCan you change the led light module (it does not use bulbs) on this microwave? It gives off a terrible white light. Can you change the tone to a softer yellowish via settings, or purchase a different color temp led module?

- Answer Hey - we're happy to inform you that all of our 30" Over-the-Range Microwaves are approximately the same width and are designed to fit into a 30" wide cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our current 30" Over-the-Range microwave models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" Over-the-Range microwave model. Please keep in mind that the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model. QuestionCan I install a microvisor underneath and can the protective lip under door be removed ?

- Answer Hi! Thanks for asking. We can only recommend that this unit be installed as it's written in the Installation Instructions. Therefore, we don't recommend installing a microvisor hood below this model. We also don't recommend removing any part of the microwave itself as we've not tested or approved the appliance without all needed parts intact. We do hope this helps. QuestionHow loud is the vent, exhaust fan on high and low? What is the CFM?

QuestionDoes the Matte white style come with a gold tone handle? The one I purchased the gold seems to be more copper colored.

- Answer Technically yes. The other color option is copper and it is VERY copper. The one it comes with is bronze and it's closest to gold.

- Answer Hi! Thanks for asking. You are able to turn the surface light to High, Low, or Off. However, this model does have an Auto Night Light feature. This model was designed to be used over-the-range and cannot be used on a counter – as it’s meant to be hung, the underside isn’t flat and wouldn’t provide a stable surface.
