Thanks so much for reaching out about this excellent refrigerator. If the doors are opened to 90 degrees, the drawers can be accessed. However, more room would be needed to fully remove them for cleaning. With the doors at 90 degrees, the unit is 40-1/2" wide and 42" deep.
