• A:Answer Greetings, We'll be glad to answer your question! The TurboCool™ setting "revs up" the refrigerator, cooling it quickly after frequent or extended door openings or when hot items are placed inside. This setting maximizes the cooling ability of the fresh food compartment. You can even use it together with the freezer compartment's TurboFreeze setting for maximum effectiveness. How It Works: When TurboCool™ is selected, your refrigerator compressor is activated and the fans turn on at high speed. The fans remain on even when the door is opened. The fresh food temperature will then run on its coldest setting for an 8 hour period or until TurboCool is turned off (whichever comes first). You will typically see tC in the temperature display when the fridge is set to TurboCool. Note: It may look like an EC, an upside down F with a C, or something similar. This is not an error code, it is the indicator for the Turbo Cool (tC) setting. To turn the feature ON or OFF: Press and hold the Fridge pad for 3 seconds, or, on models with a touch screen (LCD) display, press Express Mode. We hope this helps! Q: QuestionCan you please confirm what the depth is without the doors, the entire depth that goes from the back of the fridge to the front where the black side panels end. I'm trying to see if my current panels will cover the sides and only have the doors showing.

Q: QuestionI replaced the XWF filter with a genuine XWF filter. However, the filter expired light indicator won't go away. Is my only option to purchase the more expensive XWFE filter as a replacement or can I reset it pressing some sort of buttons?

• A:Answer Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry your light isn't going away and for any confusion regarding which filter to us. We're happy to help. We first suggest making sure you have filter XWFE. To reset the water filter, press the Settings icon button until "icemaker" is highlighted, then hold down the Water and Ice buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. If this persists, you can try disconnecting power to the unit for 30 seconds. If you ever need anything else, you can always find us on social media. - Guy@Cafe

• A:Answer I have the Cafe CVE28.... model and, yes, the produce/fruit drawers pull out all of the way for easy cleaning both the drawers and underneath/behind them. To fully remove I needed to tilt up a little as I pulled them out. It is also very easy to reinstall them.

Q: QuestionOur CVE28DP2NS1 does not seem to dispense the correct volume of water. I held a 1/2 cup measure while I manually filled it. The display read 2 oz. when it was full. The autofill function is the same. Is there a way to calibrate the settings?

Some models may have a shorter recess; therefore, the maximum container height may be slightly reduced. Fill level and functionality may vary on containers taller than 8” or wider than 6”.
