We certainly understand your concern with any recalls or lawsuits associated with this refrigerator, or any of our refrigerators, however, you'll be pleased to know that this, as well as all of our refrigerators, do not have any recalls against them. If you would like to view our comprehensive list of recalls, you can do so on our GE Appliances website under the "Owner Support" menu by selecting "Recall Information".
