• A:Answer If your ice maker is not making ice, please ensure that it is turned on, that the filter is not clogged (replace it if it is), and that the supply line is turned on. If you believe your water lines are clogged, you will need to call a plumber in your area. If the plumber says your pipes are not clogged, you can schedule service by calling 833-426-3393 so our Bodwell technicians can investigate thoroughly. -Kacie@CafeAppliances

Q: QuestionThe fridge is set at the lowest temperature but our fridge thermometers show the fridge temperature to be Warm at 45 degrees on the lower shelf and 50 degrees on the upper shelf. Does this mean that the fridge is not working properly?

• A:Answer To properly measure internal temperatures, use a thermometer that can be placed in a liquid like a cup of water or a jar of pickles and leave in place overnight. If the temperatures are still running at 45°F and 50°F, you need service. Your food and milk would be spoiling prematurely at the temperatures you mentioned. Q: Questionhow thick are the french doors? I need to know how much gap I need to leave from adjoining walls.

• A:Answer The width of this refrigerator opened fully is 60-3/8" and the width of the door opened at 90 degrees is 48-3/8". The left and right side of this unit requires an 1/8" each for air clearance. While you are able to fully access everything at 90 degrees, the refrigerator will need to be fully opened to remove the drawers. Q: QuestionAfter leaving myy home, May 16, everything on the refrigerator/freezer were closed. I come home May 18th and the refrigerator is beeping. I open all doors and close them, nothing. My son does same thing and the water pitcher keeps overflowing

• A:Answer No, this fridge does not allow the interior lighting to be adjusted. LED lighting is positioned throughout the interior to spotlight areas in the refrigerator. LEDs are located under the fresh food door to light the convertible drawer, and LEDs are under the convertible drawer to light the freezer drawer.
