• A:Answer Hello - The CTS70DP2NS1 does not come with a rolling rack; however, this unit does have a compatible optional rolling rack accessory that you can purchase separately which is part number UXWORXR30. This unit does have a traditional bake mode which is intended for single rack cooking. This mode uses heat primarily from the lower element but also from the upper element to cook food. • A:Answer The air fryer feature is included in the oven. And it works well. You will need to put the food in some sort of basket or on a rack to allow the air to circulate under the item(s) you are cooking. We used a cookie cooling rack on a regular cookie sheet to raise the vegetables just 1/2 inch to allow air under them.

• A:Answer Our Matte finishes are a highly engineered paint on metal (steel). They are a matte finish that is not shiny or polished. It definitely wouldn't be described as dull, because our Matte finish is beautiful. It would be more of a flat that doesn't reflect a lot of light.

• A:Answer Convection Roast and Broil doesn't require the App, but the Precision Cooking Modes, No-Preheat Air Fry and Steakhouse & Turkey Mode require a one-time WiFi connection. Continuous WiFi connection is required to use the following features: Remote Oven Control, Remote Notifications, Clock Sync, Scan-to-Cook, Voice Control, Meat Probe Settings via App.

Q: QuestionI have the Café refrigerator in white. I would like to replace my oven (30" slide-in) and micowave with white appliances. Can I get this in white? With my refrigerator I was able to purchase the handles in stainless steel. Is this still an option?

The amount the oven will cycle (either higher or lower than the set temperature) will vary, and each individual unit can be different. While we cannot provide exact temperature fluctuation ranges or variance, temperatures may vary from the set temperature by + 30 degrees to – 30 degrees. The temperature swing can also vary by how and where you are measuring the temperature in the oven, room temperature, door openings, etc. We hope this helps! Joyce@Cafe

Q: QuestionCurrent opening with old wall oven is 30 in wide. Is there a side flange in addition to the 29 3/4 in width of oven or will I have a visible side gap between unit and adjacent cabinetry? Height of my opening is 29 inches. Will I also have gap above/below
