Hi Mia, We would be happy to shed some light on this for you. The Cafe Appliances Customizable Professional Collection features appliances in Matte White, Matte Black, and Stainless. Matte White models are shipped with Brushed Bronze handles and knobs, while Matte Black and Stainless are shipped with Brushed Stainless handles and knobs. Custom Accessory Kits are sold only through the dealer, and should be ordered at the same time as the Matte Collection appliance. You will need a separate kit for each model. In order to maintain the highest levels of quality and satisfaction, professional installation of the custom knobs and handles is recommended.
