“Are silver handles/knobs not included as an option with the white Cafe Induction range? Do we have to order an additional handle/knob kit for $600? What would we do with the gold ones? This makes little sense, especially for a unit costing over $4,000”

I see Cafe didn't answer "what do I do with the Gold set of knobs?" Why spend an additional 600 and then have two sets of knobs when they could just easily offer an option of color at purchase. I am sure it cost them the same no matter what color. I just ordered a different brand.
