QuestionDoes dual fuel mean you can cook with propane or natural gas?

- Answer Hello Angela. I'm glad you reached out with your question about Dual Fuel. Dual Fuel means that the cooktop is gas and the oven is electric. All of our gas and dual fuel ranges are set for natural gas, but come with an LP conversion kit to allow them to be hooked up to propane. Thanks for checking! LEDA@GEA

QuestionUsed the self-cleaning option on the oven this morning and now it says LOC in red on the front panel. Cannot turn it off, and cannot get other functions to work. Help

QuestionDoes this model have a warming oven? When I did a search on Best Buy for duel fuel ranges with a warming oven, this one came up. However, the features and specifications do not list a warming oven.

QuestionI want to install this dual fuel range. It currently has a gas line & a 220v outlet so I think I am ready to order. The gas line is in the proper place according to your specs but there is not a 7" space between the gas and the 220v outlet. Is this OK?

- Answer Not sure what the specifications are for racks to be professional-grade. However, these racks are very strong and sturdy -- not flimsy at all. I don't see how they could be any more solid.

QuestionWe just purchased this range (Nov 2017). Just tried to cook eggs on the griddle and they stick and do not cook well. We have the setting on lowest 1. any suggestions ? We eat omelets for breakfast every morning and want to be able to use our new griddle

Prepare the surface with cooking spray or vegetable oil. Preheat your griddle by setting your center burner to Hi for 5-10 minutes before placing food on the griddle.
