“We just purchased this range (Nov 2017). Just tried to cook eggs on the griddle and they stick and do not cook well. We have the setting on lowest 1. any suggestions ? We eat omelets for breakfast every morning and want to be able to use our new griddle”

Hi barbrussell- Thanks for choosing our GE Café™ Series! Before first use, rinse the cast iron griddle with hot water and dry thoroughly. Prepare the surface with cooking spray or vegetable oil. Preheat your griddle by setting your center burner to Hi for 5-10 minutes before placing food on the griddle.
