“Does this coffee brewer have adjustable blooming time and does it even has blooming at all?”

• You can select “strength” and temperature independently. That’s it. So it’s possible that although they don’t call it bloom time, that “strength” is or is related to blooming. In the manual they don’t state exactly what occurs differently for the different strength levels except describing as relates to the result, (e.g. BOLD will result in greater flavour extraction). Hope that helps!
