  • Questiondoes the white Matt finish tend to stain and what would you use to clean it and does this model have a meat probe?.

    • Answer Hi Amber, We are finding that this unit does in fact come with a temperature probe. We hope you will get a lot of use out of it this holiday season! Our Matte finishes are a highly engineered paint on metal (steel). We recommend that the interior and exterior Matte finish surfaces be treated similar to high-end coatings on automobiles. The Matte White and Matte Black finishes are not engineered for use with soap-filled scouring pads, abrasive cleaners any cleaning product containing chlorine bleach and/or abrasive cloths and paper towels. Use of these types of products may scratch and/or dull the Matte White and Matte Black finish. - In order to avoid scratching or damaging finish surfaces, they should be cleaned with a soft, clean cloth or microfiber cloth, warm water, and a mild soap or detergent solution. The appliance finish surface should then be wiped dry with a soft, clean cloth or microfiber towel to avoid streaking or water spotting. We hope that this helped!     • Answer Hey there, and thanks for reaching out to us about this range! We appreciate your interest and know how important venting location is. For this model, air openings are located at the rear of the cooktop, at the top and bottom of the oven door, and at the bottom of the range. At this time, there is not an option to only vent forward. We would not recommend that the venting system for our ranges be changed at all, as the design is integral to the unit's functioning and other venting options haven't been tested for safety and reliability. Any venting changes made to a range may invalidate the warranty. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.     • Answer The oven has Convection Bake and Convection Roast options. I believe if you placed the food on a wire inside a pan those settings would be like "air fry". It's the air flow around all sides of the food that allows the air fryer to get the overall crispness. Stores are current selling wire rack/pan sets for just that purpose.
