- Answer Yes, you can light it with a match or lighter. However, I would not buy this product from BestBuy. The stove is awesome! We purchased all three of the Cafe appliances back in April. After 7 deliveries we still don’t have a fridge that’s damage free, and no one from BestBuy ever reaches out, or seem to care for that matter. I suggest purchasing this stove, but elsewhere.

- Answer Gas burners. Gas ovens. Gas broiler......electric element in upper oven is NOT ELECTRIC BROIL! It is only a helper to the upper oven bake mode. Very deceiving as salesman says it was broiler. The stove is NOT 220 power. So only gas oven cooking.

QuestionSo, if I want to bake pie or cookies with convection, I must use the lower, bigger oven, correct? So, what would I put in the smaller oven? Can both ovens be joined so that I can use the convection feature in the upper racks of the smaller oven?

This range has a traditional upper oven and a convection lower oven, therefore you will need to use the lower oven for cooking pies and cookies with convection technology. Also, the ovens cannot be joined together to create one cavity. All of our gas cooking appliances come ready to be connected to natural gas and also come with an LP conversion kit to connect to LP (Liquid Propane). The LP kit is attached to the appliance near the pressure regulator. We recommend a qualified installer or servicer convert the gas appliance to the proper gas supply needed. QuestionDoes the griddle come off so you can use the oval burner under it?

- Answer Hi there, Based on what we are finding, you should be able to remove the griddle and replace it with a center grate. The griddle comes with your range. A center grate to replace that griddle, should you want to, also comes with your range upon delivery. - Answer Hi! Thanks for asking. For a 30" Freestanding Double Oven Range (and most 2017 and newer Slide-in Double Oven Ranges), the lower oven will hold a turkey that is about 20 pounds. Keep in mind, the turkeys we test are normally in the 20 to 25 pound range and in those cases we use the lower oven of the double oven models. We don't have any information on turkey sizes for the upper oven nor do we recommend cooking whole turkeys/chickens/hams in the upper oven. Hope this is helpful! QuestionIs there a maximum temperature difference that has to be set between the top and the bottom oven? I ask because there is another mfg. that has a maximum temperature difference of 75 degrees between the top and bottom if they are used at the same time.

- Answer Hi there - Great question! Our double ovens are designed to allow you to cook different dishes at different temperatures simultaneously. QuestionDoes the top oven have a microwave feature? Or is this just a double oven? Some of the newer "wall" units have a microwave option, and if this could do that in a range - lifechanging! If not, someone needs to do that or grab the patent.

Most range or cooktop models do not require a ventilation system or have a CFM requirement; however, we recommend checking the local residential codes in your area to see if one is required.
