Q: QuestionVery interested in this but the door will not completely open onto our counter (with the door open, the handle would be over the edge). Does anyone who has used this thing it would be an issue? No one seems to have store models so we can't see it.

• A:Answer Hi there - if the toaster oven is fully and safely placed on top of a counter with the door closed, the oven can still be used since the rack inside the unit slides out for easier placement of your food. Keep in mind, however, that nothing should be placed on the oven door (regardless of going over the counter or not), as this could damage the door. Also, use extreme caution to avoid the weight of the rack potentially being applied to the door. Q: QuestionDoes this cafe couture smart toaster oven with air fry come with brushed copper handle and knobs? If not can they be purchased separately? I already own a gas range model CGS750P4M3W2 in matte white and I purchased the brushed copper handles for it.

Q: QuestionCan I use air fryer liners in this? If so, which ones do you recommend?

• A:Answer Hello - we’re glad you reached out with your question! We do not recommend the use of air fryer liners (or parchment paper) in this oven when using the Air Fry mode. If you feel a liner is needed when using the Air Fry mode, we strongly recommend using the Baking Sheet, either replacing the basket or under the basket. The reason we recommend the Baking Sheet instead of liners or parchment for cooking very greasy foods is to prevent dripping on the bottom elements and prevent a safety issue. While using the Baking Sheet for Air Fry mode may reduce the airflow for a crispiness on each side, a half-way flip can help. Additionally, it is okay to line the Baking Sheet with foil/parchment paper. We hope this is informative and please reach out anytime if you have any other questions. Take care. Lauren@Café
