It is not a digital download. It is a hard copy however you can purchase digital download versions of this

You can buy through PlayStation store and purchase the digital version or buy through a regular store which I strongly recommend. Also look online and find the better deals and see if a store will match the price.

I believe you can order it as a digital copy if you prefer to.
