• Canary has a free plan, that allows cloud video access for 24 hours per account, divided by the number of cameras you have. You can download any videos from the last 24 hours to your device and keep them forever. If you want your videos to be accessible from the cloud longer, you can pay an annual fee that allows for that. The service plan also includes some cool bonuses like insurance deductible compensation and a case manager, but the camera is fully functional without a subscription.

• You can operate without the service plan or pay a small fee for additional memory and assistance if needed. If you dont buy right away, they will discount the price a few weeks later as an incitement. Great product. I use without the plan.
