No it is not. It is just a regular back pack

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For light to moderate rain or shooting near water sources, it will handle some spray. However, it will not handle a direct dousing well. The zippers aren't sealed. So it's no more water proof than every other regular backpack. For better water proof small backpacks, check out Thule line. A little pricier, but more weather sealed.
