A:Answer Yes it does for most lenses. There may only be some lenses it might not work on, but ive never had any issues with af or stabilize working with EF and EFS lenses including non Canon brands such as Sigma and Tamron.
It works great imo and I havent had any reason to switch to RF glass yet cause of my EF and EFS collection...qnd EF is just cheaper than RF.
Get a good quality EF lens from Canon, Sigma, or Tamron, or such and should be happy!
Lots of YouTube videos comparing all these together out there if wanna see the small differences that really comes from the glass/lens and not the mount differences...but it is smaller differences.
