Q: QuestionCan this print on glossy photo paper? I’ve read that this does surprisingly well with color and photo prints even though it’s a laser printer.

• A:Answer There is glossy laser paper and I've used that with success. Very different than glossy photo paper that was designed for inkjet printers. I wouldn't use that inkjet type paper in this printer.

• A:Answer On its first day, it's having issues rolling labels out. About half the labels we've fed in (one sheet at a time via the multipurpose tray) have gotten stuck at the topmost roller, requiring us to gently pull it out. You can see a horizontal bend mark impressed on the paper, and a light-gray ghost print of the label printed on it, rendering the sheet useless for reprinting on a 2nd time. Using the "label" printing option in the settings doesn't appear to have any effect. Giving it another day of testing before deciding whether to keep it or not.

Q: QuestionAccording to the spec sheet for this printer, you get roughly 700 pages out of the color toner and 900 pages out of the black toner cartridge. Does this apply to both the "starter" toner set shipped new with this printer AND the replacement cartridges?

• A:Answer There are regular and 065H toners. H are high compacity. THey starter is that low number but you often will get more. Regular an H replacements will ahve more, and some brands even higher. I had a set that wat 7000 pages and still on it after a year

Q: QuestionIndicates Copier Resolution (Black) Up to 600 x 600 but does not list color??? By comparison, MF656Cdw indicates Copier Resolution (Black & Color) Up to 1200 x 1200. Is MF656 really better copier? Not confusing with scan resolution.
