- Answer That is a little difficult to answer. The hopper holds about 25 sheets. However, many scanning programs allow you to scan smaller amounts and still make it part of a single document. In that case, there is really no limit on page amount.

QuestionAnyone have experience using off-brand toner cartridges, and if so, any problems? Can off-brand toner be used?

- Answer I mistakenly ordered refurbished/compatible toners from Amazon and returned them for refund. If I use other than Canon brand toners and had a mishap, this would negate the 4-year warranty included with my purchase. True Canon toners cost more, but I believe worth every penny.

- Answer Functions are menu driven. If the 753 operates in a similar manner as the 733 & 743: connect a fax line to the rear of the printer, place pages face up on the feeder, select the fax option on the screen, enter the telephone number of the far end machine (including any required pauses) and any other options and your off to the races.
