A:AnswerI am not too sure. The cartridges are of the 281 series and I know I had a previous version of a canon printer that used 251 and the new printer would not accept the 251 series of cartridges
A:AnswerFirst, I would recommend checking for firmware updates for your machine. Once you have that updated, restart the machine and then try again. (You may need to search for it and step/instruction for you specific machine directly on the manufacturer's website.) Good luck!
A:AnswerIf you're the "iMac" Casey I thing you are, HI (:o){ I've never heard of that program, either, and we were just in the Arden store about 2 weeks ago, shopping again for my daughter - laptop, printer, etc. Maybe get ahold of the main company line for Best Buy? Or track down the person who sold it to you, get his or her name, and go to his or her supervisor if that person says there's no such thing, either - after they used it as a selling point. Best Buy does NOT work that way - thank God.
A:AnswerI'm not sure. I have the cannon TR8520. If you are in the store, the box will tell you if there are other models. Sorry I could not answer for sure
A:AnswerMy first print project was a downloaded color handbook (mostly blue with much text). It was approximately 50 pages and forced me to replace cartridges. Even the local salespeople advise me to buy another printer when they see me purchasing more ink! I'm happy enough with the printer. Now am printing projects that are primarily black & white so will monitor that use. Hope this helps.
