Have the same question; plus CD is difficult to use
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That bewildered me as well. I do not have WiFi at home. I needed two appointments to get it working. First time I went to Best Buy without the printer, just the computer. He downloaded the needed software, but it still wanted to be on line to pick up more software. Went to the library, but still needed help from a second trip to Best Buy.
